You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the sneakers were faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure that the sneakers are safely returned to us.

Once we receive your returned sneakers, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the sneakers were faulty or incorrect.
